The plot of land is situated on Island of Dugi Otok, in Zman. The village extends around the small cove of Zmanscica.
Zman is a village with small harbour on the eastern coast of the Island of Dugi Otok, 5 km northwest of Sali; population 328. The older part of the village is situated above the coast, in the hinterland, while the newer part extends along the coast of the cove of Zmanscica. The islets Krknata and Krava (Vaka) are located off the coast. It's a typical small Mediterranean community whose inhabitants' primary activities are agriculture, viticulture, fishing and tourism. Zman is located on the regional road running along the Island.Zman is near some wonderful place like PP Telascica and NP Kornati.
Zman was first mentioned in the 13th century under the name of Mezano. The parish church of St. John (a three-nave basilica) was first mentioned in the 13th century, but its original aspect has changed since then.
